The most popular requests are for dictionaries, thesauruses, almanacs, African-American history/literature, Native-American studies, gay & lesbian literature, and languages (particularly Spanish). Other common requests include fiction, vocational-technical manuals, current affairs & politics, anthropology, hobbies, arts, drawing, crafts, psychology, health and fitness.
